Not so savvy after all...

So my cousin told me that she's having trouble with the site and it started when I changed the look. She says that after a few minutes on the site it's telling her there's an error of some sort and then closes her out of Internet Explorer alltogether. Anyone else having such problems? Guess I'm not as talented as I once thought and I might have to change the layout again. Let me know if and what kind of problems you may be having. Thanks!
